Current Openings
Christian Opportunity Center has two openings in our Broadway Apartments-Supported Community Living Program (BA-SCL).Potential residents must:
- Meet general criteria for entrance to COC
- Be involved in structured work or activity programs as determined by their teams
- Be able to complete daily living skills such as personal grooming, housekeeping, laundry meal planning, and cooking with the support available from an advisor
- Typically require less than 30 hours per month of one-on-one support from an advisor
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Have enough money to live in an apartment
Staff are available Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
In return for residential services, individuals pay rent based on their income (minimum is $75 and maximum is $450). Utilities are included in the rent, appliances are provided, and washers and dryers are available in the building to use at no charge. People supported are expected to be involved in a structured work or activity program. COC offers both production-work training in our plant and in community work sites.
