In order to download the Christian Opportunity Center's employment application you must have Acrobat Reader on your computer. To download the FREE Reader:

Click on the yellow link below to get to Acrobat Reader's download page. When you have completed the simple download and have installed Acrobat Reader on your computer (it'll only take minutes), come back to this page.

Now that you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can apply with COC in one of two ways:

  1. View and print the application. Open the employment application by clicking on the link below. Print the application and then fill out the form. Mail it or deliver it person to COC at 1553 Broadway, Pella, IA 50219.
  2. Open the application online and fill it out electronically. Save the form to your computer. Choose “Highlight form fields” from the top right corner. You can now type in the highlighted areas. Save the completed form to your computer. Mail it or deliver it person to COC at 1553 Broadway, Pella, IA 50219.
For legal reasons, COC will ask you to sign your application when you arrive for an interview. You cannot type in this area of the application.
