COC provides services to over 250 people with disabilities in three regions of South Central Iowa. Both staff and volunteers find places to serve in all our regions.
In Oskaloosa, COC provides training in work skills, both in a plant on their campus and in community-based work.
In Pella/ Knoxville and in the Indianola regions, COC offers a full range of services for working and living. Training in work skills include an on-campus plant, community-based employment, and supervised work crews. Training in living skills include homes with 24-hour staff supports, apartments with minimal staff supports, and community based living arrangements with follow-along supports as needed.
